What is your shipping timeframe?
Our shipping policy is between 7 to 14 business days for orders under 10 items and then your item will be shipped. Business days are Monday- Friday with the exception of Federal holidays. (Federal holidays include all holidays where the United States Postal Service is closed-For example: New Year’s, MLK, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Christmas, etc.)
Orders with 10 items or more may ship within 7-20 business days. Ex. Order placed on Tuesday, December 1st, 2020 means your order will be shipped by or on Wednesday, December 30th, 2020.

What are the Measurements of the head wraps/masks/throws/baby wraps?
All Wraps are about 2 yards long and roughly 22/25 inches wide
All Masks are roughly 6x9 Inches and 7.5 inch elastic
Throws are roughly 2 yards long and about 30/32 inches wide
Baby/kid wraps are roughly a yard long and about 7 inches wide
What kind of filters are in the masks?
PM2.5 filters- a filter which is effective against the following contaminants: dust/lint, airborne dust mite debris, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, bacteria, microscopic allergens, virus carriers and odor, as well as most smoke and smog particles.
Can I return my items for a refund?/ Can I cancel my order for a refund / exchange?

*Due to the pandemic we have suspended exchanges temporarily however our policy for exchanges is as follows:
We only exchange 1 wrap for another 1 of similar fabric.
For example: we will not exchange a ‘non-stretchy’ wrap for a ‘jersey stretchy’ wrap. We do not make exchanges based on the current sale price or promotions posted on our website.
I received a damaged product.

My Order shows delivered but I didn’t receive it. What do I do?
We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced or delayed shipments. We do not issue refunds. Customers will need to open a case with USPS to open an investigation.
Can we ship outside the United States?
Yes. Please note that international shipping has a $15 flat rate.

Can the filtered masks and wraps be washed? / How many times?
Filters can last up to 90 days without a wash. With regular use, we would advise washing once a week for up to 4 weeks. For prolonged use, we recommend to buy multiple masks. Faux Leather masks should be dry cleaned or spot cleaned. Handle with care.

What is the material of your wraps?
Wraps vary between African cotton, Satin, Chiffon, Velvet, Faux Leather, and Jersey stretchy
