Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I ordered two head wraps on April 16 and received it on May 15 but I never received this one in particular. The label was printed on May 4, but the item didn’t actually arrive at the USPS facility until May 12 after I sent the seller a message. I didn’t know that I wasn’t going to receive the head wrap until the package for the other head wrap arrived a month later. I think there should be better communication because had I known sooner that I wasn’t going to receive the item I would’ve ordered something else. I received an invoice with a handwritten note “refund or replacement?” on it. Under normal circumstances I would’ve requested a replacement but I don’t want to wait another month to receive it. That would be a total two months of waiting for a product. The wraps are nice but customer service is lacking.

Although shipping wasn’t great the product was nice. I would order again but definitely not if I need it in a hurry.

As others have stated, unfortunately the lack of consistency in communication and the length of time that it took to receive the items was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced on Etsy. I am trying to be considerate of the effects of the pandemic on the ability of small businesses to fulfill orders in a timely fashion, but I have ordered from several other shops that have still been able to turn around product within the timeframe that they indicate on their pages. I placed my order for 3 scarves on April 3, and the package just arrived today (May 13). I see that they have closed the shop temporarily. My hope is that no one associated with the shop has been personally affected by COVID, and that the closing is simply to provide time to catch up on order fulfillment.
