I would have given a higher rating but the delivery of my purchases exceeded the delivery date (not once but twice). Yes, you are made aware the there is a delay and that it could take up to two weeks before your item is shipped once you complete your order. My issue is that if you don't inquire about the status of your order after three weeks of still not being shipped, you're not notified advising that additional time is needed. My previous ordered was in "label created - awaiting item" USPS status for weeks. BTW, I never received it. However, the merchant did issue me a refund. On a better note, the quality of product is great. I hope to purchase more items from this merchant once I see better reviews on delivery times.
