Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I really hope I can update this review soon. I ordered three scarves on April 22nd. On May 13, 2020 the Shipping Label was created and has had a status of “USPS Awaiting Item” ever since. I contacted the seller and received the tracking number, which only means that a shipping label was created. It doesn’t mean that it is in the possession of the post office. I shortly found out that was the case with my item and has been since May 13th. I have ordered masks on Etsy that shipped from NY and have even received those already so at this point I do not know if I need to request a refund or reach out to Etsy. Ultimately I just want my scarves. I was excited about my purchase and now I’m just frustrated with this whole experience. Two other requests for updates have not received a response.

Only if I had a wrap to even review. Despite excitedly waiting, having my hopes built up only to be let down, I don’t know if my order was fulfilled, as many other reviewers have reported their orders were cancelled. I’ve contacted the seller and received nothing except the generic message. Order placed April 25th, received a shipping notification message on May 12th, today is May 21st and the package tracking status hasn’t changed. The auto reply says my order would ship out the week of May 18th, which leaves me perplexed since it was “supposedly” given to the PO on the 12th. I’m very disappointed and it seems like the seller could careless about me as a customer. I’ve ordered items from California and Delaware, all arrived as promised. I’ve contacted the shop twice, However it appears reviewers receive a priority response.

Pretty dope scarf! I really love the color and design . I am tempted to buy more but the shipping time makes me apprehensive.
