I was so excited to open the package, I wrapped it on my head sitting on the couch watching tv. Great material and it feels wonderful. Will order more and yes it arrived as outline in her notes.

I never received my item and seller failed to respond to my messages. I had no choice but to open up a dispute with Etsy and ask for a refund. I waited four days for the seller to respond to the two messages I sent, but never received a response. As soon as I got Etsy involved, the seller acted within 4 hours and issued the refund. It's sad that it took that action for the seller to acknowledge my inquiry and that even then, they couldn't respond directly to me and, at the very least, apologize. I understand that the world is currently going through an emergency, but if this emergency is affecting how a business is working, the business owner needs to let their customers know. It is wrong to just ignore all of the customer's attempts to receive updates regarding their order. Will not recommend or purchase from this shop again.
