I emailed her a week ago....no response. So I have to leave a review instead. I ordered on April 24th. No package. I got a templated message saying that the post office had the item in preshipment (after weeks of this status) & that I could choose to get a refund or have it resent. If the package is stuck at USPS, why would you send it again? So it can get "stuck again"? This doesnt add up. I am from NY- shipping is not an issue there. I contacted the post office- this whole narrative that it's stuck there just isn't true. They told me that the tracking number is for a label that has been created online BUT the package has not been received by the post office for shipping yet. I tried to contact the seller. She ignored me. I would have really liked to get these head wraps. But unfortunately Nell is not telling the truth.
